The firm was founded in 1991 by Kenneth L. Jackson after having been a partner in a large local firm in Denver. His desire was to refocus his attention to the closely-held businesses in the community and individual taxpayers. He believed the larger firms had lost touch with their clients on a personal and professional level and chose to start afresh in building new and existing relationships, and provide quality accounting and financial planning services.

In a recent survey by Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, Ken was named as one of Denver’s Five Star Wealth Managers in the area of accounting and tax for the years 2010 and 2009.
